Phase 3: Feasibility Analysis

  • Supplier Activity: Performs thorough technical validation of design and production plans.

  • Supplier Deliverable: Produces a comprehensive risk assessment report.

  • Objective: Identify and mitigate potential technical or production challenges early.

Phase 4: Quotation

  • Supplier Deliverable: Provides a detailed cost breakdown for the project.

  • Supplier Deliverable: Submits a clear production timeline with key milestones.

  • Objective: Present transparent pricing and schedule expectations for client approval.

Phase 5: Place Order

  • Joint Activity: Executes a formal contract outlining terms, including payment schedules.

  • Supplier Activity: Performs a final requirement verification (double-check).

  • Objective: Formalize the agreement and ensure all details are accurately captured before production begins.

Phase 6: Mass Production

  • Supplier Activity: Launches bulk manufacturing according to the approved plan.

Phase 7: Pre-Delivery Audit
